Food for Life (FFL) Classes
The Food for Life (FFL) program is a research-based, plant-forward nutrition education program — perfect for those wanting to explore or deepen a vegan or predominantly plant-based lifestyle. Our FFL classes are taught by certified instructor Leah, in partnership with the evidence-based curriculum developed by the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.
